Oat and Banana Pancakes


Whenever I make pancakes I can't help but think of this scene from Matilda where she makes the pancakes. Am I the only one that used to think they had Matilda's powers? No? Just me? Moving on.
This is my 3 ingredent recipe to making healthy pancakes, all you need is a banana, egg and oats. I like to use the So Simple Quaker Oats because they are the perfect amount for 1 egg and 1 banana. Simple blend all the ingredients together in a blender then fry in a pan, I like to use coconut oil or fry light to cook them in. They take less than 5 minutes to make and taste great!
